How can you tell the difference between 'heart burn' and 'heart problems?'? - heart burn

I get what feels like heartburn sometimes. But I fear that more could be. How do I know if the burns or a problem with the heart? They look very much alike with their symtpoms, so that show the symptoms to separate?
